The open-plan kitchen, newly renovated in 2024, has a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, an oven, a dining table and an additional fold-out single bed. Small bathroom with shower. The south-facing balcony is equipped with garden furniture. On the same floor there is a small room outside the flat for ski boots and helmets. There is also a large games room with table football and table tennis in the basement of the apartment house. The family-friendly building is situated on a large green area with a playground.
